1. About SDD Home Services

SDD Home Services is a platform that connects customers in Kalburgi, Gulbarga, Bidar, and surrounding areas with verified home service professionals. We are not directly providing the services — we facilitate bookings between customers and independent technicians.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must have a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification
• One account per person/address — duplicate accounts may be deactivated

3. Booking & Service Delivery

• All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
• You will receive a booking confirmation via SMS and email in IST
• A technician will be assigned within a reasonable time after booking
• You must be available at the service address during the selected time slot
• You are responsible for providing access to your premises
• Completion OTP must be shared with the technician ONLY after satisfactory service completion

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 2–24 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before or no-shows: No refund
• If our technician is unable to attend, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
• SDD Home Services does not store your payment credentials
• Any additional charges for extra work will be communicated before proceeding and require your written approval

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address and pincode information
• Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
• Do not request services outside the scope communicated at booking
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse our technicians or staff
• Provide honest feedback after service completion

7. Liability Limitations

• SDD Home Services is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions at your premises
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (power cuts, natural disasters, etc.)
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. complete elimination of pest, exact paint shade)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on sddhomeservices.com including text, images, logos, and software is owned by SDD Home Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kalburgi (Kalaburagi), Karnataka, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
