At SDD Home Services, we strive to deliver excellent service. If you are not satisfied, we have a fair and transparent refund policy as required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the service date

  3. Email: info@sddhomeservices.com with your Order ID
  4. Our team will investigate and respond within 2 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method

Refund Method

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet) used at the time of booking. We do not process refunds via cash or bank transfer for online payments.

Refund processing is handled via Razorpay. The exact credit date depends on your bank's processing time.

Extra Work

Any additional charges beyond the originally booked service (extra work) must be approved by you before the technician begins. We will share a written estimate via the app. Extra work charges are non-refundable once approved and completed.
